Adding new category on strip does not show zero sum

Steps:
- Add a new category like Featured Background and give it the exact same properties as Background.
- Add this new category to the strip.
What happened:
When the category has an element in the scene, then the sum is shown correctly. But when the sum is zero for the scene, then zero is not shown as in regular BGs.
Expected result:
Zero is shown.
