This was due to the file size being so large that it prevented you from deleting strips, or it would take a very long time.

We now run maintenance on the files regularly so this issue should be resolved, but please reach out at support@cinapse.io if this continues.

We are actively implementing infrastructure upgrades that will resolve this once and for all and are working hard to have that fully released in January.
