If I engage the search function, and click through different scenes, and then start editing anything, I'll find myself in a different scene and having changed elements in a different scene.

Simple fix: Don't edit while search is still engaged... But I keep forgetting, and ideally this shouldn't be possible

Either: Lock me out of editing while searching through strip board, or fix it so the selected scene doesn't change as you're trying to edit elements.
