If there is any kind of space in the "pt" box it gives the scene a pt and sometimes thats just an accidental click or tab stroke. Is there any way for the box to recognize just numbers and everything else as erroneous?

I'm trying to delete an element no longer needed and am getting hit with this code PS-960398d7

My Script Day 1 is showing as Script Day 2, despite being correct in the Breakdown Sheet. I even deleted all Script Days from my Elements, and it still incorrectly reads the non-existent data.

When we put our BG numbers in, they randomly disappear days later. We haven't been assigning element IDs but that shouldn't matter. We've had to reinput numbers twice now. Very frustrating.

I just upgraded my account but it still is not allowing me to download my file. It keeps asking me to upgrade which I already did.

When I try to create a calendar report, the strips have no color and the banners are empty

I have bolded, italicized, aligned, and re-sized text and cells on my stripboard, and when I go to generate the one-liner report, most of those adjustments are not carrying over. Why doesn't it work?

On the new calendar report, If there are too many strips on a day, it cuts the day over two pages, rather than keep the days on the same page.

I recently tried to import files from a tagged script in Scriptation and it created a JSON file. But when I came to Cinapse to import it, it said it was the wrong file format. It seems the only file film Scriptation that Cinapse imports is the CSV file, but the Cinapse export from Scriptation is currently the JSON file. Please help.

The calendar report will not save. I can export with print preview, but there is no report in Cinapse.
