Herman Phillips, cool. I admit I'm having trouble figuring out the unit breaks and how to get them to work in conjunction with End Of Day Break so we can have the two units showing their respective page counts but not have one cancel the other out as far as the Shoot Day goes. Because we have the ability to designate which unit the Starts and Ends are associated with, theoretically, we should be able to divide the page counts but it's eluding me as to what needs to be tweaked.

James Rait: Currently, the Start of Day Banner and End of Day Break are linked to the production day rather than individual unit breaks. As a result, they display the total page count for all units scheduled that day.

Each production day should have only one Start of Day Banner and one End of Day Break, while you can include as many Unit Breaks as needed within the day.

To display a Unit’s page count, you can add the pages to the Unit Break layout using the Layout Manager.

Herman Phillips, thanks. In the video, you mentioned that each unit has it's own unique day counter, I can't seem to get that to work. Also I'm seeing that the strip design for the unit break has no affect. I alter the strip to have two rows and nothing changes in the final print out, it's still one row missing the fields I added.

Herman Phillips, Great. On an unrelated note, my Cinapse opens fine and the connected icon is green but as soon as I make a change, it goes orange and says I'm disconnected. How do I make sure the app is staying connected to the servers? I'm noodling a workaround where I create a template file with all the strip and colour layouts I'll need and then duplicate that for the next show. The splash page won't duplicate the file however and it's probably because I'm not actually connected.

Oh and here's another bug I've found: In Calendar preview, if I ask to view by date, it deletes Day 1. It's correct if I view by shoot day.

James Rait the issue with day counts being off in Reports is now fixed!

As for staying connected, this is a known issue and will be resolved with our big infrastructure upgrade in the next few days.
