Would it be possible to either integrate a 'smart calendar app' (iCal / Google Calendar etc) with the Events Manager or get it to behave in a similar way and send alerts etc?

ie: I have a Choreographer (or anything else) in sc 'X', 'Y' & 'Z' and would like the event manager to flag the event with a reminder when i open the schedule / send an alert to designated people 1 week (or whatever needed) before it takes place (+ 2nd, 3rd alert).

Possible?
