I seem to always have issues with Cinapse not loading, struggling to load and rarely updating to the current version my iPad. The iPad is a an iPad Pro 11-inch (3rd Gen) and has the iOS fully updated. I just always seem to struggle with it initially load, refreshing to the current, and then it always seem to give me a load error where it wants to log the error and report it, which I always click yes on, but it just seems to continue to error.

Now that we are moving to the new infrastructure, this is resolved.
If you have not yet received an email notifying you that your files and account have been upgraded, you will early next week once everything is finished migrating.

Anthony Cabral - this issue will be resolved in the next few days. This is part of our infrastructure upgrade to dramatically increase syncing speeds.
