Element Linking - link from within breakdown page?

It would be great if - in addition to using the Links Manager - we could create links between elements directly on the breakdown page by selecting 2 (or more) elements and command-click to 'link' them (like we can do with 'Merge', which is fantastic).
Especially because if we leave the breakdown page and go to the link manager and come back... we are sent to the top of the schedule!

Davide Sacchetti I have a workaround for being sent to the top of the schedule when needing to link, event, catagory or report. I use the Cinapse "app" and when I need to make a link or report, etc., I simply click cmd-N and open a new window of Cinapse. Then I make my links or whatever in the new window. Then I switch to the original window to find my strips in the same place I left them. This allows me to use any of those modules without disrupting my workflow in the strips of breakdown. Takes a minute to get used to but saves tons of time and annoyance. This would also work in browser mode if your not using the "app"

Jason Ruffolo Aha! I can perfectly see how that works, that’s a very simple & smart way of working around the issue - love it! Thank you so much for the heads up. It would also work with 2 devices (laptop / iPad).
I still think it would be great if at some point they can make an upgrade that doesn’t send us back to the top when we leave the strip board/breakdown page, but this system works for now!
