Yes, "Read Only" access to see details and reports is definitely a desire, but would those with "Read Only" access have to have a full, paid account to do so? Producers and Dept Heads have express how great it would be to be able to hop online, confirm details, schedule or DOODs and jump off, but they wouldn't need full functionality, hence the questions about needing a paid account. Or is that what falls into the "Per Film/Project" account?

Anthony Cabral: We're transitioning later this year to have various tiers of a Team Subscription, which will allow you to add read-only users under the team. Each production will have its own subscription, making it easy for producers and department heads to quickly check schedules, DOODs, and other details with more granular permissions.
