Import/Export layouts and colors to new projects

This is currently by biggest issue with Cinapse and what often makes me go back to Movie Magic as I can't have my layouts for commercials, storyboards, shorts, features ect ready to go. I cant be spending the time going back to remake them on each new project or copying an old one, and stripping all the data out.
