So that new & current/ready-for-distribution reports are out there and immediately visible while older versions are in folders? It could work well both when sharing to a 'view only' person (producer? production coordinator?) so they can view all relevant and up-to-date stuff without having to look for the latest file etc; or when a team member (Crowd 3rd?) is making specific reports: any 'trial & error" and/or "old" reports could be organized & kept in folders while the 'current/latest report' is easy to find and marked as ready for distribution.

It would be great to keep track of every step of the process in folders while having a neater "reports page" for what's currently approved / in distribution.
