Hi Steve Battaglia - To change the work week, create a new calendar or adjust your current calendar. Then, select your new "Days Off" - there is no need to add Saturday and Sunday as a "Day On" if your work week has changed to be Wed-Sun for example.

Your new "weekend" would be Mon and Tues.

Then, make sure the updated calendar is assigned to the board that you are working on. You may need to move a strip or day break in order for the change in dates to calculate across the whole stripboard.
