Feature Requests

A new request would be to add a time stamp to the top sheet of the Oneline Schedule next to the date created. It shows on the other reports generated.

It would be great to have the option to turn on/off events or flags on one liners, shooting schedules, DOODs, etc.

It would be nice if the strips that do not contain the selected filters were hidden in the final creation of the report

When I create a report with the selection of some elements, the final report includes ONLY the strips that contain all the elements and not even the strips that contain only one of the selected elements.

It would be great if we could customize what categories / elements we want displayed on the One Liner's header board.

It would be GREAT, especially for elements that are very staggered and/or don't have many appearances, if we could have the option to export only the relevant strips & days that match the selected elements (in 'Shooting Schedule Format' please 🙏). But it would also be cool if we could select a series of separate Days/Dates like: “Day 1, Day 14, Day 36” / “May 3, May 16, July 9”… There might be an existing way of doing this I am missing: if so please let me know!! Ps: the 'Category by Day' or 'List' report doesn't generate a readable document if I select more than one element... but it often does make sense to group more than an element in one report: ie in a Period film I might want to make a report that includes Vehicles (Wagons, Chariots etc) + Horses + Riders + Horse Wranglers (without flooding the involved depts with lots of other strips/days that are irrelevant to them)... As always: thanks for all the great work & hope this makes sense 😅!

It would be great to be able to generate reports like chronological one-liners and chronological shooting schedules without needing to add day breaks to the board. Producers and ADs I work with frequently ask for chronological versions of the reports alongside the usual ones and Hair, Make-Up, and Costume departments I've worked with are always asking me for the "chronos". Addendum: Just thinking about this more and how it could be implemented. If it breaks the system to try and create reports without defining a "Day start" and a "Day end" even just having a quick check box option to "hide Day breaks" or something to that effect when generating the report would work too.

I know there are Publishing features coming, and what is coming may be better than what I'm asking, but indulge me. Export PDF's of all the different reports for publishing boards to the company can be time consuming. Then you get information to change one thing in the middle producing all the documents... Then you have to go back and do everything again, set all the preferences, etc. It'd be great to be able to set all the versions of the documents you want in advance, like: • Chrono schedule Oneline • Chrono schedule Shooting Schedule • Shooting Order Oneline • Shooting Order Shooting Schedule • All the Various DOODs wanted And then with one button, be able to create them all.

I know reports are still being designed but I would love for any of the reports to be able to choose page orientation (portrait or landscape) and page size (US Letter paper or European A4 paper). Right now, it seems to me that the default is US Letter paper in portrait.

So that new & current/ready-for-distribution reports are out there and immediately visible while older versions are in folders? It could work well both when sharing to a 'view only' person (producer? production coordinator?) so they can view all relevant and up-to-date stuff without having to look for the latest file etc; or when a team member (Crowd 3rd?) is making specific reports: any 'trial & error" and/or "old" reports could be organized & kept in folders while the 'current/latest report' is easy to find and marked as ready for distribution. It would be great to keep track of every step of the process in folders while having a neater "reports page" for what's currently approved / in distribution.
